FlagsThe U.S. Department of Labor's Veterans' Employment and Training Service (VETS) has information and assistance available for employers, military personnel from all branches of the Armed Forces, National Guard and Reserves who may be activated for military service or those who have already been activated. 

The uniformed service members and their employers have certain rights and responsibilities under the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA)

Helmets to Hardhats is a program that helps ease the passage into civilian life for military personnel, Guardsmen and Reservists by providing information on great career opportunities, pay, and benefits in the construction industry.

U.S. Small Business Administration
Attention Small Business Owners – If you, or an essential employee, have been called up to active duty, the U.S. Small Business Administration has a key program to help your business deal with this challenge. New USERRA Military Service Poster
U.S. Department of Labor officials released a new poster that they require all employers to post at their worksite. The poster is required under the federal Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Act (USERRA).
